Upon placement of your order, detailed CAD drawings are produced promptly for your approval. After you’ve okay-ed the drawings, the manufacturing process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Your system will be shipped by motor carrier and will arrive in a few days. This means your InPlant Modular Warehouse Buildings, Demountable Partition Wall Systems, or Portable Shelters could be installed in approximately 5 to 7 weeks after your standard order is placed.

Prefabricated modular construction for cleaner installation & flexibility

Since InPlant’s Systems uses prefabricated and modular construction, and is painted in the factory, the installation and assembly is cleaner than traditional construction and require less downtime, saving you money. Tax advantages make modular construction and demountable partition wall systems an economical choice (Refer to IRS §179).

Pulling Permits

Every jurisdiction operates differently in regard to code compliance and enforcement. If permits are required we can provide stamped engineered drawings for an additional cost.

Prefabricated and modular construction is an open construction, which allows building inspectors to check the structure and wiring at any point of the installation process.

Electrical

Electrical components are mounted in the Building System during installation. Standard circuit breaker panels consist of 125A panels with 70A main breakers and may be upgraded as needed. Single pole and 3-way switches as well as duplex and other outlets are provided in a standard layout. Individual breakers are 20A, and the quantity of breakers is sized depending on the electrical needs of the building. Electrical wiring, conduit, communication cables, and light bulbs are to be provided by an electrician or technician on site.

InPlant offers a modular wiring option that simply snaps together, linking all the pre-wired lights and outlets back to the junction box near the load center.

Prefab Guard Shacks or portable Booths come fully wired—however you require it.

InPlant will customize packages for Modular Warehouse Buildings, complex 2-story or simple In-Plant Offices, prefabricated interior Wall Panels, and all pre-assembled & Portable Shelters, Office Booths & Guard Shacks.
