A vestibule helps transition the air quality between a cleanroom’s interior and exterior. A Cleanroom Partition Wall with door standards usually requires a prefabricated entry vestibule for airtightness and airlocks to prevent particle migration between two rooms.
If the height of your space allows, additional equipment can be placed on top of the Modular Cleanroom, saving space for your vestibule. InPlant’s load-bearing systems can be reinforced with recessed I-beams on 48˝ centers, providing 125 pounds per square foot load capacity. The 3˝ Steel Building Systems are ideal for rooms requiring heavy clean room air flow systems, more insulation, and sound attenuation. The hard cap roof can be designated to provide support to roof-mounted accessories like air extraction systems, specialized doors, or storage as needed. Including a Mezzanine allows for the support of heavier ancillary equipment exceeding 125 pounds per square foot.
The optional 16 gauge steel provides a heavier-duty structure to support wide spans up to 40’ without supporting columns in non-load-bearing applications. All of InPlant’s NC* Construction Wall Panels are easy to install and provide a range of environmental requirements for the interior.
