A Factory Break Room with a non-load-bearing roof can expand to 40′ wide. 2-story Prefabricated Office Buildings utilize a factory’s vertical space. Production Rooms may use the rooftop for storage or additional production space with a load-bearing system with load capacities of up to 125 pounds per square foot. A Viewing Tower uses movable office walls erected on a Mezzanine System.
